How is my fish packaged for delivery?
We use specialized temperature-controlled boxes lined with dry ice or gel packs to ensure your seafood remains frozen or chilled at the optimal temperature for up to 48 hours during transit.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 12 PM Monday through Thursday are typically eligible for next-day delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order leaves our facility.
Is your seafood sustainably sourced?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability. We work closely with certified fisheries and local day boats to ensure our products meet strict environmental and ethical standards.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Because we deal with perishable goods, we can only accept changes or cancellations if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
What should I do if I am not home during delivery?
Our couriers are instructed to leave the package in a 'safe place' if you are out. Since the packaging is designed to maintain temperature, your seafood will remain fresh until you return later that evening.
